Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use NERP Blog, a blog planning service operated by NAAX TECHNOLOGIES CORP. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to them.

Your account

• You need a valid access code or an invitation from an existing workspace to sign in.
• Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into NERP Blog. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to run the service for you and the teammates you invite. You are responsible for having the rights to any content or documents you import.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not resell or share access codes outside your organisation.

Connected services

Features that use Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Search Console or Semrush depend on accounts you connect yourself. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes, outages or limits on their side. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

Payment and access codes

Access is granted through paid plans or access codes issued by us. Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, may expire, and can be revoked if they are shared or obtained improperly.

Availability

We work to keep NERP Blog available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or improve features over time and will avoid breaking things you rely on where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you had the ability to export a backup.

Ending your use

You can stop using NERP Blog and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Export your data from Settings → Backup before you leave.
