Blog management for small marketing teams

NERP Blog — plan, write, and track every blog post in one place

No more scattered spreadsheets, half-finished docs and “who was writing this again?”. NERP Blog gives your team one shared, calm place to take a blog from a sticky-note idea all the way to a published post you can measure.

  • Bring your existing spreadsheet
  • Nothing to install
  • Export everything, any time

From “we should write that” to live

Three steps. Everyone on the team can follow them without a training session.

  1. 1

    Catch the idea

Someone says “we should write about this”. Drop it in, ten seconds, done.

  2. 2

    Turn it into a brief

Keywords, audience, outline, owner, deadline — one card, no hunting.

  3. 3

    See what it did

Once it's live, the post keeps its own scoreboard in plain English.

Everything a small team actually needs

Built for two-to-ten person marketing teams — not for enterprise process diagrams.

Ideas that don't get lost

Drop a thought in ten seconds. Decide later whether it's worth doing.

One card per blog

Brief, keywords, owner, deadline and comments all live in the same place.

Numbers in plain English

One overall score, and we never invent a number we don't have.

A calendar you can drag

See the month at a glance and move a date with one drag.

Your team, with roles

Invite people by email, give them a role, and talk it out in comments.

Docs one tap away

Templates, prompts and rules link straight to the real document.

What NERP Blog does

NERP Blog is an editorial planning and performance tool for blogs, made by NAAX TECHNOLOGIES CORP. After you create an account you get a private workspace where you and your teammates can:

  • Collect blog ideas and approve the ones worth writing.
  • Write briefs with target keywords, audience, outline, owner and due date.
  • Follow each post through a calendar and board from idea to published.
  • Invite teammates by email, assign roles, and discuss posts with comments and @mentions.
  • Import existing blog lists from documents, spreadsheets or Google Drive.
  • See simple performance scores for published posts and export everything to Excel.

How NERP Blog uses Google services

Connecting Google is optional. If you choose to connect Google Drive, NERP Blog reads only the files you explicitly pick, so it can import an existing blog document or spreadsheet into your workspace and link back to the original Google Doc or Sheet. If you connect Google Sheets, NERP Blog can export your blog plan to a sheet in your own Drive. We never browse, modify or sell your Drive content, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.

Privacy you control

Your workspace is private to the people you invite. We only use strictly necessary cookies unless you allow more. From Settings → Privacy you can download a copy of everything we hold about you, or delete your account and all of its data yourself — the GDPR rights of access, portability and erasure, as buttons.

Bring your spreadsheet. Keep your sanity.

Import your existing list and watch it turn into a calendar, a board and a plain-English scoreboard. A short guided tour points at every button, so nobody needs training.
